Baku, Azerbaijan — October 2026: Dr. Natalya , PhD in Technical Sciences and Senior Lecturer at Azerbaijan State Maritime Academy, has marked 2026 with a series of notable academic, professional and public achievements.
During the year, Dr. Natalya was appointed to the Editorial Board of Applied Chemical Engineering (ACE), an international scientific journal indexed in Scopus. She also joined the international book project Sülhün memarı – İlham Əliyev, 28 hissə as a Senior Consultant.
Her academic contributions were further recognised through her inclusion in the 2026 Azerbaijan National H-index Ranking, reflecting her growing engagement in scientific research and publication.
Throughout 2026, Dr. Natalya has also participated in international webinars, professional events and educational programmes organised by recognised organisations, including AMPP and IMO, strengthening her international professional network and knowledge base.
Her research interests focus on shipbuilding and ship repair, marine coatings, corrosion protection, and environmentally responsible technologies for marine applications. She continues to pursue scientific research, professional development and international academic cooperation.
